Lavish Salon Policies
Appointment Cancellation and No Show Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or not showing up for an appointment more than twice will be required to secure your next appointment with a credit card. You will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services. Cancellations can only be made by calling the salon during working hours. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email, social media or text.
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary adjustments for satisfaction within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
Retail Products and Special Orders
We do not offer refunds on retail products or special orders of products, hair extensions or equipment. Purchases are final sale at the time of purchase and/or ordering. In the event of a defective product, the product must be returned to the salon within 7 days and be replaced with the same product with management approval.
Service packages are non-refundable. The value of the remaining services on a package may be transferred to another client for the same service and stylist pending management approval.
Scheduling Long or Multiple services
Any bookings spanning longer than 3 hours, or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured with a credit card. In event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged for 50% of the salon services scheduled.
