About Christy….

Christy’s bubbly personality is a welcome addition to our  Lavish Salon and Blow Dry Bar family.

Her specialty is color, highlights, precision cuts – but  she can do it all; fashionable cuts and hairstyles, color correction and she is certified in Brazilian Blowout!

Christy is very attentive, detail oriented and listens to her clients and gives very clear advice on what needs to happen to meet hair goals!  She will work with you step by step to achieve those goals while keeping your hair happy and healthy.

Come join Christy for a great new style, a bubbly cold glass of champagne, a warming hand massage and a little girl time!  She has several guests that come to see her weekly for our fabulous Dream Blow Out!

An Introduction from Christy….

I moved to Texas 20 years ago to live with my cousin and her husband, who I now call Mom and Dad. I have 5 brothers and 1 sister, ranging in age from 4 to 17. They gave me a chance in life and helped me pursue my dreams of becoming a hairstylist.

Fortunately, my high school had the cosmetology program. Now I get to spend my days making people feel beautiful!I chose this industry because I love helping people meet their hair goals and I enjoy the ever-changing environment. It is never boring and always evolving, which keeps me on my toes and inspires me to keep learning and growing as a professional and in my personal life.  I’ve been a hair stylist for almost 17 years now and I love it more and more with each year that passes!

My boyfriend and I just bought our first house in Spring where we have two fur babies.  Miller is 2 and Kahlua is 1 years old. They definitely keep us busy!

I love Star Wars, DC, Marvel, and Harry Potter but I also love Food Network and HGTV! In our free time we like to build furniture. Our most successful project was a butcher block coffee table set with galvanized pipe for legs!
