J E S S I - Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist
Jessi brings so much spirit and personality to the Lavish Salon & Boutique family! Jessi is a mom of 3 beautiful kiddos and she is also our self-appointed social coordinator because she is the one that seems to remember and celebrate all of the milestones in the salon!
As a cosmetologist, Jessi specializes in beautiful Balayage's and Blonding, but she is great at everything hair including short and curly cuts. Haircuts, color corrections and she is certified in Brazilian Blowouts! Jessi is also a Master Extentionist!
As with all of our stylists, Jessi, offers free consultations for our guests to come in and talk about their hair concerns, needs and goals. You’ll find Jessi to be very attentive and giving you all of the direction you need to accomplish the look you are after.

C H R I S T Y - Hair Stylist
Christy’s bubbly personality is keeps our salon lively everyday! She is a mom to the cutest baby and she love to talk everything baby when you are in her chair!
Christy's specialty in color are vibrant red and short sassy precision cuts – but she can do it all! She is even a Master Extentionist and certified in Brazilian Blow Outs! Christy is very attentive, detail oriented and listens to her clients and gives very clear advice on what needs to happen to meet hair goals! She will work with you step by step to achieve those goals while keeping your hair happy and healthy.

G R A C I E - Hair Stylist
Gracie is the salon's Southern Belle! She is Texan through and through right down to her southern accent and sweet charm. She is from The Woodlands area and graduated from Oak Ridge High School.
Gracie is very knowledgeable on local trends and styles. She is very outgoing....you should see her do karaoke! She loves to be creative and would love to make your desired look come to life at Lavish Salon & Boutique. She is very passionate and dedicated to her career, and strives for excellence with all of her clients.
Like all of our stylists, Gracie, offers free consultations for our guests to come in and talk about their hair concerns, needs and goals. You’ll find Gracie eager to listen to all of your hair concerns and guide you towards your hair goals and direct you to a fabulous home care routine!
A V A - Hair Stylist
Ava has been in the beauty industry for 38 years. Ava proudly studied under style director, Scott Metzger from Vidal Sassoon in London. Ava is a Master Extentionist and specializes in beaded weft hair extensions along with lived in dimensional color and precision detailed hair cutting.

E V E - Hair Stylist
Eve is the salon comedian! She will keep you in stitches during your hair appointment! Eve is the brainchild of our social media and you will see her pretty face in our salon Tik Toks and social media stories!
While you are in her chair if you want to create content with her, she is all for it....just ask!
Besides her funny side, Eve brings many years of experience in the hair industry....her fave is blonding long beachy curls but whatever your story she has you covered!
KAYLA - Hair Stylist and Front Desk Coordinator
Kayla is the gorgeous smile you will see greeting you at our front desk most days! She may or may not be the biggest Post Malone fan you'll meet and she is secretly an amazing singer!
Kayla has been in the salon industry for many years. She grew up in The Woodlands area and just recently began her transition into the hair stylist role.
Ask Kayla about her puppies and you guys will quickly become best friends!
C H R Y S T A L - Makeup Artist
Chrystal has been part of the Lavish family for years.....she is a powerhouse with two cute adorable daughters! Next time you see Chrystal ask her about her 'other child'....not her hubby....but her pet Lemur! We love when he visits the salon!
Chrystal is an extremely talented makeup artist and she even travels to keep all of the competitors in National bodybuilding competitions all glammed up!
KADEN - Salon and Boutique Coordinator
Kaden is the smiling face you'll see around the Karden Lane storefront and also working inside the salon! He is an avid rock climber in his spare time. Kaden loves to chat with our shoppers in the boutique and with his 'people pleaser' attitude he's become affectionately known for his phrase...."You Got It!"
G I N G E R - Community Partnerships
Ginger has been a part of Lavish since the very beginning.....she started with us as a customer at the portrait studio and became part of the Mindy Harmon Photography and Lavish family soon after. Ginger is mom to two grown girls who now are pursuing school and careers in other states. If you have ever volunteered or worked for just about any non profit in The Woodlands you've probably gotten to know Ginger!

Theresa never meets anybody that doesn't instantly become family! You've probably followed her bubbly personality already.....she is the face behind all of our social media posts and newsletters! Theresa is a mom to two grown girls and three of the cutest grandbabies.....she loves to show them off....ask her to see the latest videos next time you see her!
M I N D Y - Salon Owner
Mindy began her career with a drive for philanthropy, building her business Mindy Harmon Photography through giving back to the community. As the studio grew, so did the need for hair and makeup services which allowed Lavish Salon to emerge and grow into the full service salon that it is today! After years of styling portrait clients for photo shoots Mindy's love of fashion was evident and it was a natural progression to add a boutique to her business portfolio. The downtime during COVID gave Mindy the preparation time to create Karden Lane!
Mindy is a wife to Jon, and a mom to Kaden, Karsen and Karter. The entire family and even their extended families are natives to Montgomery County!
